“To sum it up, you’d like this little grocery store if you come from vegetarian-organic-hippie-health-conscious stock.

It sells lots of little goodies, and a simple visit for some vegan egg-replacer (or, you know, something of the same ilk) can end up being quite costly, as you’ll inevitably find that some exotic tea, organic lip balm, gluten-free muesli, and freshly made vegan rice pudding has fallen into your basket.

Come at lunch time and try some delicious vegetarian grub from the hot bar in the corner and enjoy it alongside others at the outside tables.”

Oh my God!! This is one of my favorite places in London….you get some of the yummiest and best quality organic food products here  -

I would say the quality beats out most organic shops in london (including whole foods *gasp) — and the fresh juice is pretty yummmy and the hot chocolate is even yummier!”

You won’t find a better organic, locally-sourced, GM-free, hand-knitted muesli kinda place in this area.

The supermarket section is ace, and has lots of interesting and salubrious products from around the world.

I especially like their selection of herbal teas (you can find the Celestial Seasonings brand here, imported from the US), and they have a stunning array of organic and complimentary health products.

They have Dr. Hauschka, Weleda and Rescue Remedy coming out of their ears.

It’s the lunch counter that draws crowds during the day, though. They have a good selection of hot and cold foods, and the menu changes daily…Eat here, and your body will thank you…”
