These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. How to place an order
Orders can be placed online. Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order is placed and any additional information relating to your order. Should there be any reason why your order cannot be met or there is a delay, you will be notified. If you have not received any notification within 24 hours, please contact us. We will collect funds once we have dispatched your items and send you a second e-mail confirming dispatch with a tracking number. By placing an order you agree to accept our terms and conditions.
2. Pricing and payment
Prices are in British Pounds. Prices are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges. Payment can be made using most major UK credit and debit cards (except American Express) or Paypal.
A receipt will be mailed to you following any successful payment. A contract will exist at the time that the goods are dispatched between AlaraShop and the customer. Ownership of the goods will pass to the customer.
The price payable for all Goods shall be as specified on the website at the date of the dispatch of Goods, but we reserve the right to alter the price of any Goods shown at times. If there is a price difference you will be contacted immediately to ensure that you are still happy to continue with the order or inform you of a refund where applicable.
Unless otherwise stated all prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
Notice of sales will be posted on the Homepage.
3. Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within the time that we have quoted you. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and receipt of payment from the customer.
Your goods will be shipped next day if in stock at the time of order. However because of our large range and the nature of our product, we cannot guarantee that all items are immediately available. We will let you know if any of the items you have ordered are not in stock and if appropriate will recommend an alternative. This does not affect your statutory rights
We deliver nationwide, through the UK mainland and Ireland at £5. If you require a delivery overseas and further information, please contact us on customerservices@alarashop.com. All deliveries are sent out using a signed for courier service. We do not deliver to PO Box numbers.
Whilst we do everything we can to adhere to delivery times stated, AlaraShop cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the actions of couriers, which are beyond our control. If your goods are damaged in transit or fail to arrive within a reasonable time, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing customerservices@alarashop.com. We will get your goods to you as soon as possible or cancel the order and refund your money once we have recovered the lost goods or had confirmation that they have been lost by the courier company.
We shall endeavour to quality check all goods prior to sending out. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrect or inaccurate, please contact us within 7 (seven) days of delivery at customerservices@alarashop.com.
Please do not sign for damaged or opened packages.
In order to keep your goods in the best condition possible during transit, they are carefully packaged to avoid damage. Any products returned should be unused and in the original packaging. Therefore, please check your goods thoroughly to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order before disposing of your packaging. If you wish to return your order for any reason we can only accept the products if returned in their original packaging. This is very important, since the products need to be protected for transit when returning to us.
If the products do not reach you due to incorrect delivery address stated on your order form or from failure of the customer to collect the goods from the depot where requested, we shall refund the price of the products less delivery costs incurred by us in sending the goods out plus any additional charges incurred to us by the courier company for returning the goods to us.
UK Delivery
UK Delivery is FREE on all standard orders over £30 (this applies to website orders only) with the exception of heavy sports nutrition products where a standard charge will apply based on the weight of the item(s). A standard charge of £5.00 applies on orders for UK Delivery that are under £30. When placing your order the weight of those items where a standard posting charge is applicable will show in your basket, and the shipping charge will show once you confirm and proceed to the payment section.
We use a variety of methods to deliver your order. Small parcels and inexpensive items are sent by 1st class post. Orders over £100 are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Orders over £250.00 are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Please note that some parcels are too large to be posted through your letterbox and if you are not home at the time, may be left with a neighbour or taken back to the post office for you to collect, in which case your Postman should leave a card. Parcels sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery, and parcels sent by Courier will require a signature when delivered. A card should be left by Royal Mail or the Courier to inform you of an attempt to deliver if you are not at home.
4. Cancellations and Returns
If you wish to cancel your order please do so by e-mailing us at customerservices@alarashop.com.Should the goods have already been dispatched, they must be returned to us in perfect condition and in the original packaging to the return address.
AlaraShop, 58-60 Marchmont Street, London, WC1N 1AB. The purchase price will be refunded less handling charges incurred. We will not be able to refund postage or carriage.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
The United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give any reason for cancellation.
30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from AlaraShop. However should you wish to return any items or your purchase is unsuitable, we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you have purchased an item within the last 30 days and are not happy with the order, you may return the goods. Please contact us at customerservices@alarashop.com to obtain details how to make a return. We are happy to provide a refund or exchange assuming that the goods are still in their original packaging and in a fully resalable condition. No goods will be accepted for return without prior notice.
Once goods have been checked, your refund will be processed. We will refund the cost of the items but cannot refund the delivery costs by yourselves in returning the goods to us.
It is not necessary to give a reason for the cancellation; however a reason is helpful in order to aid us in improving the service we offer to our customers.
5. Faulty Goods
We work hard to ensure your goods arrive in a perfect condition, however if you should find any problem with your order, we will be happy to resolve this for you. If you want to report a faulty product, please contact our customer service team on customerservices@alarashop.com You will be required to fill out a Customer Returns Form to provide with details of the issue. You will be issued with a returns number and instruction on how to return the goods to us. You will be responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
You have up to 30 days from delivery to report any damaged or missing items.
Please do not attempt to fix the problem yourself, contact our customer service team first. We are unable to accept any goods back if changes have been made, as it will invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. We try to display our products as accurately as possible in our literature and online.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item to us in its original packaging with your invoice within 30 days of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.
If you are returning items that are damaged, mis-shipped or the result of an error on our part, you will be refunded the total amount of the order and we’ll pay the return shipping costs. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
Refunds will be made to the card that was used in the original purchase or a cheque made payable to the cardholder if the card is no longer valid. In the case of cheque payment a cheque will be issued payable to the original customer. You must follow our instructions for returning goods (see below).
If a package is returned to us after 3 delivery attempts, returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or refused at delivery, you will be refunded for the total amount of the order, less shipping.
Items that are not Returnable or Exchangeable
- Any item that is not returned within 30 days of shipment.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Cosmetics products.
Returns/Exchange Procedure
- Obtain the Returns Authorisation Number by calling to our customer service on [phone]
- Make sure the items are properly packed to prevent damage in transit. (We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.)
- A cover note clearly stating the Returns Authorisation Number and a brief description of the problem.
- Return the package
- Once we receive the goods back and have inspected them, we will either refund your payment (using the same payment type you used to pay for your order) or replace the goods depending up on your request.

You must notify us immediately of any changes to your personal information either by updating your account details on revital.co.uk or by contacting our customer service team on customerservices@alarashop.com
When you enter the site you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone as you will be responsible for any activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us by contacting the customer service team on customerservices@alarashop.com. By using this site you agree not to impersonate any other person or entity, or use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.

The information provided on our website does not seek to treat, diagnose, cure, or replace medical or specialist advice. If you are currently taking prescription medication and intend to also take nutritional or herbal supplements, you must first check with your GP or specialist health practitioner that the combination of your prescription medication and supplements are suitable.
